Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on pk48. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk48 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any balances or bonus credits held in the duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your pk48 account, including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information required during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk48 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pk48 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify pk48 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
pk48 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to verify your identity by providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
pk48 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and associated with your verified pk48 account. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is strictly prohibited.
pk48 does not accept credit cards for deposits. pk48 is not responsible for transaction fees, delays, or failures caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor. Processing times for deposits are typically immediate to fifteen minutes depending on the payment method selected.
Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to play and then requesting immediate withdrawal may be treated as suspicious activity and may trigger account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. Priority processing is available to Silver and Gold loyalty tier members.
pk48 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, anti-fraud review, or investigation of suspected account policy violations. Any withdrawal request may be subject to additional verification checks at pk48's sole discretion.
Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements as set out in the bonus terms applicable to each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
pk48 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.
Where a wagering requirement applies, the player must wager the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. pk48 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus balances where the terms of a promotion have been breached.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play, use of prohibited betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.
All bets placed on pk48 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event as communicated in the platform's rules documentation. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, pk48 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
pk48 may limit, restrict, or refuse bets at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected, where market integrity is in question, or where account-specific restrictions are in place. The refusal of a bet does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

pk48's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk48 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times.
You may close your pk48 account at any time by contacting support. pk48 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where you have breached these Terms, where continued operation of your account poses a risk to platform integrity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited where the termination results from a proven breach of these Terms.
pk48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of pk48 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to pk48's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team.
